1Inquiry & Initial Discussion
Once you reach out, we’ll discuss the key details of your portrait—size, style, and timeline. This ensures that the final piece aligns perfectly with your expectations.
2Quote & Deposit
Based on our conversation, I’ll provide a personalized quote, including the required deposit amount. This deposit secures your booking and allows me to begin the creative process. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
3 Reference Photos
After the deposit is received, I’ll guide you in selecting the best reference photos for your portrait. Ideally, you’ll provide at least five high-quality images, and I’ll choose the one that best suits the painting. Here’s what makes a great reference photo:
• Crisp and clear, with no filters or blurred backgrounds.
• Original files rather than screenshots.
• Strong contrast between the subject and the background.
• Uncropped images that preserve important details
• Bonus: An album or a link for easy access!

4Painting & Delivery
Once I receive the reference photos, the painting begins! Your custom portrait will be completed and delivered within our agreed-upon timeframe.
